Susan Gurnik has ten years of coaching experience backed by an MBA from Duke, excellent strategic skills and twenty years of business experience. She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC) and Member with International Coaching Federation (ICF).  She is an Emotional Intelligence Coach, certified to administer EQi-2.0 and Strengths Coach, trained by Gallup to administer StrengthsFinder 2.0.  Other expertise includes Everything DiSC, Five Behaviors of Cohesive Teams (5BCT), several 360 instruments, Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI), Profile of Personal Strengths (POPs) and Strong Interest Inventory.
